  1. After years of driving other luxury brands, including BMW, Mercedes, and Lincoln, I decided to buy a Lexus based on dependability reviews and on learning how well the brand holds its value. I have never been so disappointed with a new car or the dealership. My car has less than 12,000 miles and I’m already having issues (brakes squeaking, radio system not functioning correctly, and driver heated seat not working). I have to repeatedly leave messages until someone finally calls back. When I do finally get a person on the phone, I’m told that the first pick up/drop off appointment is almost two months out. To drop off the car myself, the appointment is a month out. Has is this acceptable? When I bought the GX 550, the salesman sang praises about the concierge service and now I find out it’s all smoke and mirrors. Never have I had a problem scheduling a pick up and drop off appointment for my previous cars. The convenience of a concierge service is the number one reason I drive a luxury brand. I would never recommend someone buy a car from Rohrich Automotive and wholeheartedly wish I hadn’t due to the utter lack of customer service.
